EXHIBIT HOURS/INSTALLATION/DISMANTLE
Bronze exhibit locations will be determined onsite during set-up on a first-come, first-served basis. Silver exhibits and above will be reserved and clearly marked. All locations will provide good opportunities for discussion and networking with your clients and colleagues.
All exhibits and materials must be fireproof or at least fireproofed with appropriate products.
Tables and booths should be staffed during exhibit hours.

SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION HOURS
All exhibitor personnel must be registered and receive an exhibitor badge. Instructions on registering your comps. The registration badge will allow full-access admission to the scientific sessions, meals and social events. Please wear your badge at all times.
The registration desk will be located in the Grand Foyer, located on the 3rd Level of the Westin Oaks Hotel and open during the following times. The registration desk will be closed during lunch on March 6th & 7th.

For those driving to the hotel:
From the West: Take I-10 East to Loop 610 South and exit at San Felipe/Westheimer. Turn right onto Westheimer. The Galleria Mall and the hotel are directly on the left.
From the South: Take Highway 59 North to Loop 610 North. Exit at Westheimer and turn left. The Galleria Mall and the hotel are on the left.
Parking:
Local attendees should park in the complimentary Galleria Mall underground Blue parking lot, closest to the Post Oak and Westheimer intersection, which provides easy access to the hotel via elevator.
