LEARNING OBJECTIVES
-Examine the future of aortic stenosis treatment, robotic surgery, and TAVR
-Evaluate challenging aortic root and ascending aorta cases and treatments
-Assess transverse arch repair and reconstruction, including stroke prevention related to endovascular arch repair
-Discuss genetic counseling, early detection, exercise after aortic dissection, and establishing centers of excellence for complex aortic disease
-Examine current and future of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm repair and new devices
-Evaluate European and American aortic guidelines, blunt thoracic aortic trauma, and aging of the aortic wall
-Assess devices, repair, and replacement for proximal and distal acute aortic syndromes

CLAIMING YOUR CERTIFICATE & REQUESTING REPORTING
Meeting attendees will be asked to complete a post-symposium online evaluation to claim their CME/CE credit and request reporting through the ABIM, ABS, and CME Passport, if desired. Certificates will be emailed to those who complete the evaluation within two weeks of submission. Registered attendees will receive more information about this process via email before and after the symposium and in the online meeting syllabus.

Note: There is one certificate for nurses that attend both the 7th Annual Houston Aortic Nursing Symposium (March 5th) and the Houston Aortic Symposium (March 6-8). If you did not attend one of the programs, you will indicate that on your evaluation when claiming your credits. The credit for attending the entire 7th Annual Houston Aortic Nursing Symposium is 4 hours, and the credit for attending the entire Houston Aortic Symposium is 16.5 hours. If you attend both, you could earn up to 20.5 hours.
